l  This service is under the authorization on foreign related patent agent from State Intellectual Property Office and the state and international law and treaty to provide legal consultation/agent services. The services contain but not limited to:

l  Consultation on the application, registration, license of trademark related legal services from home and abroad;

l  Agent service on trademark application, trademark registration, trademark extend, trademark transfer, trademark warrant and trademark appliance related issues;

l  Agent service on objection, recall and administration lawsuits of trademark ;

l  Agent service on the investigation and lawsuit of  tort of trademark related rights;

l  Other legal issues with trademark.
